If you are dissatisfied with any item you have purchased from us, you may return it within 15 days of its delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Your return shipping cost (ground rate) will be refunded only if the return is due to our error. You must notify A. L. Management, Inc. within five (5) days of your receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise. Sorry, custom items can't be returned. Contact before ordering if you have any questions.
Returning an Order:
Before returning any article you must contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be written conspicuously on the outside of the return shipment box. You may return an item, in its original undamaged condition, for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. In order that we may better serve you and other customers, please tell us the specific reason for your dissatisfaction. Include a written note informing us whether you want the item exchanged or the purchase price refunded to you. All returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition with all included instruction sheets, certificates and warranties and in its original box. The item (s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. Mark the package with the RMA number and ship to:
